or you’re stuck in a job you can’t stand, relaxation will help keep you 


centered and focused throughout your day. If you can’t find ways to relax, 


you’ll find that you are more easily stressed, anxious, and frustrated when problems arise on the job.


There are a number of ways you can find time to relax, unwind, and enjoy a little “me” time. 

If you’re especially busy, you’ll need to actually plan the time you spend alone. For example, 

maybe you need to get up a little early in order to get some time to yourself to relax.

Finally, you can always have quiet time to relax to yourself if you don’t want to explore a hobby.

Another option is to pick up a favorite mystery novel, visit your local bookstore and try something on the bestseller list, or even explore some indie books on Kindle. 


Whatever you choose, make sure it’s something you like and that will feel relaxing and not like you’re simply doing another chore.
